a GEM by the SEA
central location friendly staff family atmosphere
The central location proved very convenient. Restaurants are a short walk. The staff were friendly to me, especially during breakfast. Angela created a family atmosphere, she was amazing. The refurbished interior DESIGN felt modern and tasteful.
i noticed noise late at night. It made it difficult to sleep.

mixed experience, noise and pricing issues
uncomfortable pillows high prices
The noise from the nightclub below was really bad. It was like the walls were shaking. i couldn't sleep properly because of it. the pillows were also not comfortable, and this affected my sleep. i also felt the prices were high for what was offered.

I had a very nice and clean room. bar food tasted excellent. I was happy with it. staff were friendly and accommodating. they were willing to help with any request.
A beef burger i ordered was not clearly explained. a cheap burger had a thin layer of beef brisket. the bun was not toasted.

The breakfast service had such a friendly atmosphere. They provided fresh tea. The staff were friendly. Their service was efficient and polite. Location was central. It was only a short walk to a beautiful beach. I was grateful for this.
I found the pillows uncomfortable. That did impact my sleep quality.

I loved the helpful reception staff. They were not overly in your face. breakfast was top notch with plenty of everything available. the mushrooms were delicious! the entire breakfast was scrumptious, i have to say.
the pillows were a little uncomfortable, though this was a very minor issue.
