I appreciated the interior design, a treat for any Sherlock fan. My husband enjoyed the Sherlock cocktail, expertly prepared. The staff were friendly, attentive. The room was super clean, something I greatly value during my travels.

mixed feelings about my stay

the room i had was small. the window, it didn't even open. there wasnt no bath kit and no slippers were provided neither. plus there was dust everywhere. it seems like they dont care about small details, really.

The room was not what I expected for the price. It was significantly smaller than another room a family member had. There was a moldy smell in my room plus the cleaning staff did not replace the towels. I have stayed at many other hotels that are better for the same price.
