I found the rooms to be pretty big with all the amenities i needed! there was even a little kitchen inside. So cool! also, breakfast being included was a huge bonus!

unfortunately, the parking situation was a bit of a mess! the car park was totally full after 6 pm and i struggled to find a spot. also, the room we booked had a strange smell so we had to move to another smaller room.

i found the room quite spacious it included a little kitchen. the bed was comfortable, and i did sleep well. customer service was efficient and polite throughout my stay.

i noticed the parking spaces are bit narrow, it made maneuvering larger vehicles a little tricky.

the room was not serviced one day , disappointing. i found some of the furniture had dirt and the carpet also had stains. one of the cushions had noticeable grime on it. at least it was quiet and spacious, the staff were very friendly.

Great Airport Hotel Stay

The room was perfect and had everything I needed. I stay here again when flying from Heathrow if I need to. The breakfast was good, and I also ate at the Holiday Inn as nothing else seemed close by.

The heating did not work until I had been in the room for several hours in December. When my husband tried to ring the front desk from the room for assistance, the room phone kept routing his call to the hotel next door. It took going down to the lobby to speak to someone.

The hotel had a great breakfast and provided a wide selection of foods to choose from, I enjoyed the fresh fruit options and the hot breakfast bar with eggs and bacon. The coffee was strong, perfect for an early start to the day.

The staff was very friendly and helpful , I felt I could ask them for anything. Check-in was easy and the receptionists were very efficient. I also found the housekeeping staff to be polite, and they did a great job.
