The room featured a Bluetooth speaker and a Chromecast-enabled TV, which I found quite convenient. A fridge was available for my personal use and the staff was consistently friendly and helpful. The hotel's location made it easy to access various areas.

I noticed a slight lack of sound insulation. Traffic noise from the main road was somewhat noticeable at night.

the telephone in the room was not working the bins provided in the room did not contain liners. shower floor should be corrugated or shower mats provided as an option my son had a fall in the shower

I found the staff helpful during my check-in. i received a complimentary drink at the bar for signing up for their rewards program. the food i had that night was excellent.

the bins in my room did not have liners. the bathroom cleanliness could have been better. i thought the overall standard of the room service was not quite what i expected for a four-star hotel.
