Convenient Terminal Stay

prime location short walk helpful staff

the location was a real advantage with how close it was to terminal 3 check-in and the elizabeth line. i appreciated the short, indoor walk as it only took about five minutes. the staff were efficient and helpful there.

rooms were small for two people with luggage and the absence of windows was noticeable. it also made operating the air conditioning challenging and no assistance was offered.

awesome location helpful staff clean room

The location was awesome. It was right inside terminal 3. i found the room very clean. the staff at check-in and check-out were great! they were very helpful, i felt.

the lighting in the room was appalling! the air conditioning unit had a blue light and another strange green one on the ceiling

Convenient airport stay

quiet space early flight airport transit

The location IS superb. It provided a quiet space for relaxation before my trip home. I appreciated not worrying about airport transit in the morning. It was fabulous to already be at the terminal.

I encountered a minor issue with the room's bright green ceiling light. I found it difficult to get to sleep because the light stayed on all night.

The hotel provides unlimited espresso and tea in the second-floor lounge. Rooms also contain a kettle and tea and coffee supplies. The short walk to Terminal 3 departures is very helpful. It is a covered walkway.

perfect spot inside terminal 3!

quick check-in really good cleanliness convenient location

check-in was quick and easy i was in my room in minutes the cleanliness is really good especially convenient for heathrow airport and the elizabeth line train i left my room and walked to virgin check-in it took only 15 minutes to get to the lounge. the location inside terminal 3 is amazing it removed all travel stress.

the room lacked a proper mirror for makeup or hair i also noticed limited food options besides vending machines.

Convenient Terminal Stay

perfect location comfortable bed modern bathroom helpful staff

The location inside the terminal allowed me to catch my early flight without rushing. The hotel has modern decor and i found the provided facilities quite new. I appreciated the front desk services, they were very helpful and attentive (thanks to Shweta!). I was grateful they quickly provided an iron so i could freshen up my clothes.

The room was small. The shower only had an overhead nozzle. There was no hand-held option.
