Isaac greeted us so warmly. His service was stellar! the room was quiet, a true haven. the staff were amazing and always ready to help. the breakfast had ample choices!

The location provided numerous opportunities for tourism. A very calm and peaceful place abounds in natural beauty. there was enough space for guest parking. This added convenience to our stay. i would visit again!

the room included lots of good amenities like a hair dryer. i found plenty of usb plug sockets as well as normal sockets. a lovely comfortable bed and a beautiful pool were available.
i was given no directions on how to get to my room after i arrived and checked in. there was no information on breakfast regarding where or when it was served. i also didn't know what to do if i needed anything else. the dinner menu was very limited.

the location was acceptable with ample car parking.
i was disappointed by the room. it was advertised as a family room, but it had one double bed plus a tiny low bed made of squares on wheels that slid apart during the night. i called reception twice to request an extra duvet but received no answer.

expensive hotelterrible sleep
the hotel is expensive i booked a family room it turned out to be a room with one double bed and a tiny low to the ground bed made up of tiny squares on wheels that slide away whilst you are sleeping the sleep was terrible for my children
