The staff are attentive, especially at breakfast. Edna and Zain were helpful. Glen, at concierge, provided excellent information. The SW1 address is very convenient. Top sights are within walking distance. There is also a tube station nearby. I appreciated the ease of accessing many attractions.
I was initially asked for picture id at check-in. This is not common in the UK. It was inconvenient, as I do not typically carry identification.
