the room felt smaller than expected i had difficulty moving around with my luggage it lacked sufficient lighting especially in the bathroom , made it hard to see properly there was also a noticeable noise from outside i think it was the air conditioning unit this disrupted my sleep. the staff did not seem to care about my issues.

Excellent Greenwich Stay

the location is convenient. The royal observatory and Greenwich market are a short walk. The dlr is also easily accessible (it's about a ten-minute walk). The room was clean and tidy. The staff offered help when needed.

i found the tv system slightly complicated to use.

the reception staff was consistently helpful and polite throughout my visit. They quickly addressed any questions i had. i especially appreciated their assistance with directions.
