convenient stay near cutty sark

quick check-in friendly staff convenient location

The check-in process was very quick and efficient. i found the staff super friendly, especially when i needed assistance. the hotel's proximity to the cutty sark dlr station made getting around very easy for me. It's just a short walk.

the tv in my room wasn't really working. it was a minor issue, but slightly annoying.

The hotel has a restaurant on site. I saw many cafes and bars nearby. banana tree bar offers a great breakfast, it is easily accessible and a very short walk from the hotel. i noticed many guests there.

the reception area seemed large and cute. the staff was very helpful, i observed them assisting other guests with directions. the manager was especially friendly and accommodating to all the requests.

small room loud air conditioning

the room felt smaller than expected i had difficulty moving around with my luggage it lacked sufficient lighting especially in the bathroom , made it hard to see properly there was also a noticeable noise from outside i think it was the air conditioning unit this disrupted my sleep. the staff did not seem to care about my issues.

convenient location short walk clean room helpful staff

the location is convenient. The royal observatory and Greenwich market are a short walk. The dlr is also easily accessible (it's about a ten-minute walk). The room was clean and tidy. The staff offered help when needed.

i found the tv system slightly complicated to use.
