a reasonable stay
lovely room working ac hot shower single curtain loud noise street noise
the single room I got was lovely. It had working ac. A powerful hot shower was AVAILABLE too.
there was only one curtain in my room. it did not block light completely. the noise from the street at night was LOUD.

convenient location warm welcome brand new shower facilities missing tv signal black flakes paint flakes
the location was quite convenient, near the underground station. the reception staff offered a warm welcome. the shower facilities seemed brand new and i was satisfied with them.
my tv did not have a signal during my entire stay (i could not watch it). black flakes came out when i ran the cold water tap, not ideal. paint flakes were present on the corridor carpet, which didn't appear very nice.

i found the underground train station close by. it was near gloucester road. there were also many restaurants and cafes in the area. the location was a definite plus for me.
the room was far too small for two people. the double bed was up against the wall with a very small bedside cabinet on the other side. there was no proper ventilation.

The area safety was good. The tube station was also conveniently a five minute walk. The supermarket was across the street. I found that very handy. The room was clean and very spacious. it included everything I needed.

metro station friendly personnel internet speed
The location is very close to the metro station. It is also within the transport zone 1. Personnel are friendly and efficient. I really liked the internet speed and coverage on the 5th floor (it worked perfectly).
