great location movie theme friendly staff

the location was great near borough market. the decor was awesome with the movie theme. i thought the staff were very friendly and accommodating to guests.

the plug points in my room didn't work properly, my phone battery died overnight because of it.

charmed by my stay

helpful staff immediate cleanliness creative decor

the staff were always there with a smile and quick assistance. i really like the cleanliness, you see it immediately. the decor was so creative, like stepping into a fun movie set. i got a superior suite 1 queensize bed sofa and the space was perfect.

i do think the breakfast area gets really crowded during peak hours. it made getting around with a plate a bit difficult.

Underwhelming experience. Issues with noise and amenities.

paper thin walls sneaky way

the walls seemed paper thin. i could hear every word from the adjacent room until late at night. it was disruptive. this seemed like a sneaky way to get more information from me. i also noticed that my room lacked basic amenities like a mini-fridge and extra hooks for hanging clothes, pretty inconvenient.

friendly staff great location

the location is great. the service was fabulous. i loved the whole experience. check in and check out were easy. the staff was very friendly and personable.

the television would not turn off. it stayed on until maintenance fixed it the next day.
