the staff were always there with a smile and quick assistance. i really like the cleanliness, you see it immediately. the decor was so creative, like stepping into a fun movie set. i got a superior suite 1 queensize bed sofa and the space was perfect.

i do think the breakfast area gets really crowded during peak hours. it made getting around with a plate a bit difficult.

the hotel location allows quick walks to popular spots. access to public transport is so easy. you find many shops and restaurants steps away from the entrance.

breakfast included many choices, you find many different options. the breakfast buffet had different cheeses and meats. the hotel also give free popcorn in the lobby and free water to refill bottles.

Underwhelming experience. Issues with noise and amenities.

paper thin wallssneaky way

the walls seemed paper thin. i could hear every word from the adjacent room until late at night. it was disruptive. this reminded me of a sneaky way to get more information from me. i also noticed that my room lacked basic amenities like a mini-fridge and extra hooks for hanging clothes, pretty inconvenient.

the location is great. the service was fabulous. i loved the whole experience. check in and check out were easy. the staff was very friendly and personable.

the television would not turn off. it stayed on until maintenance fixed it the next day.
