Really good Stay at a Fantastic Hotel

cute staff comfortable bed high speed

I found the reception staff cute upon arrival. The room size was fair, and the bed and pillows were comfortable. High-speed internet access was available throughout the hotel, and I appreciated the cleanliness and attention to detail (the little things matter!).

I experienced a slight delay with coffee service during breakfast.

really good stay

heated floor convenient location

i booked a beautiful double room and the view overlooked the city. the heated floor in the bathroom was a plus. the location allowed short walks to many shops!!!

The lighting system in the room proved difficult. Lights activated unexpectedly during the night. it was annoying to navigate. i believe this aspect requires better calibration.

I loved my room! The housekeeping staff was attentive, ensuring I had plenty of water bottles. I found the breakfast selection really nice. The food tasted delicious. The location is very convenient with the station exit just a minute away. the staff was friendly!

Check-in was seamless, the staff were very efficient. my room had ample space for unpacking. the hotel's location offered quiet surroundings, despite its central situation. bond street station was a short walk away. This made travel very easy.

The minibar prices were quite high. I think they could be reviewed.

A solid stay at The BoTree

attentive staff prompt service really good comfort quiet environment

I found the hotel staff to be very attentive. They assisted with directions and offered prompt service. The rooms features advanced digital home services, a detail i found interesting. I liked the excellent soundproofing, ensuring a quiet environment. The bed provided really good comfort, and i slept soundly each night.

The room lighting system was a bit complex to operate initially.
