The location proved advantageous. I appreciated its proximity to Kensington Gardens and its easy access to transportation. The staff members demonstrated attentiveness and supplied helpful directions.
I found the room size to be somewhat limited. The breakfast selections seemed somewhat limited. I think improvements could be made in these areas.

Decent location, let down by maintenance
faulty ac building issue
The inclusive free Buffett breakfast was amazing and a special touch to our stay.
The AC did not work when the hotel is advertised as having Aircon. Staff did not inform you of this on check in. I complained about the AC flashing errors and not working in my room. Staff told me that it's a building wide issue.
