The staff was very sweet and accommodating! abdulrahman was really friendly. he helped us a lot throughout the stay. i appreciated his help and warmth. It enhanced my visit.
I mentioned my disability before my stay, hoping for a room with a bath to ease mobility issues. the bath didn't work properly. The stopper was broken, so water kept draining out. the team didn't get back to me about this. it affected my relaxation.

i tried a flavored gin that was super unique! the gin selection was awesome. the cocktails were great and the vibe was chill. there was also afternoon tea available.

the gin cocktail masterclass was really awesome i tried three cocktails with canapes i had a french 75 a clover club and a dry martini alessandro was very hospitable. the staff were really sweet and accommodating abdulrahman was friendly and helped me a lot. the location is great and the breakfast was good
the walls seemed thin i could hear babies and children next door it reduced my comfort and relaxation there were limited tv channels and no cnn. the bathroom was tiny for the apartment the flushing function on the toilet was faulty. i had a disability and wanted a room with a bath the bath did not work and the team didn't get back to me about it
