I didn't get the room i expected, disappointing. the food was terrible. The pizza seemed like it had been microwaved. this hotel stay reminded me of a waste of money.

FANTASTIC stay!

I found the room to be spacious. The beautiful double double room included plenty of space with everything i needed like a tv, wifi, hairdryer, iron, four free large bottles of water, a kettle, bathroom toiletries, plenty of pillows, and towels. The breakfast buffet was excellent it even had veggie sausages available.

The pillows were rock hard. The room was too hot. The air con was temperamental it wouldn't stay on and wasn't cold at all.

The hotel offers a modern and stylish design. There is easy access to the tube and bus station within walking distance. I noticed the bar staff served prosecco drinks perfectly.

The location proved super accessible, especially with the tube station so close. i found the appliances in the room great. I liked the steamer. the staff were also wonderful and professional.

i was given a room on the very first floor. it was directly opposite the train station, so there was a lot of train noise all day. some days i was given two bath towels, some days only one. there were also four hand towels. the room always smelled of bad plumbing.
