the taxi service arranged was prompt. i arrived quickly to the station, it was such a treat. the reception staff were lovely, particularly davina. Nothing seemed too much. ben, working behind the bar, created the most cute atmosphere.

the room had a new tv that added to the entertainment. the rooms are spacious which allowed me to feel at ease. the king guest room had the most comfortable bed, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, it was amazing.

the meeting room featured wonderful natural light. tatiana assisted us with setup. james and dean also offered significant help.

some staff members did not acknowledge our presence at the bar. it felt as if we were bothering them. this impacted the overall experience negatively.

excessive parking feedated decor

The parking fee for hotel guests felt EXCESSIVE. I paid £10, which seemed unnecessary given the room rate. The bathroom definitely needed updating. The fixtures looked worn. I noticed some minor damage to the sink and grouting which detracted from the overall experience, also the room decor felt a little dated.

the breakfast had a good variety of choices. the staff provided fantastic service during breakfast. the location was superb for my needs (i needed to be in the area). the room was well cleaned when i arrived.

the room had no air conditioning. a desk fan was provided, but it didn't help much. i found the parking fee a bit much on top of the room rate. the dining options were limited.

the breakfast had many choices and everything tasted fresh! i liked the cleanliness of the room and appreciated fresh towels. the staff at the front desk were efficient at check-in, i was grateful for that.

the gym lacked sufficient ventilation , made workouts slightly uncomfortable.
