The receptionist was cute and obliging! the room was super clean with a good sized TV and French windows. I liked having a table and chairs in the garden. We enjoyed a fabulous Indian meal in the on sight Indian restaurant.
The curtains let in far too much light. though the emergency light inside the room stayed on all night.

i found friendly staff at reception. complimentary teas and coffees are available, including soaps and shower gels. the room was cosy and quiet. it was super convenient.
the curtains let in too much light and the emergency light in the room stayed on all night. it was difficult to sleep well. the bed needs replacing because some springs had gone.

The location allows great access to London via the nearby station. The restaurant provided basic food. Staff were friendly and polite, and the rooms were cleaned every day with fresh towels provided.
The hotel seemed a bit dated in the unrenovated rooms.

the staff were so friendly upon my arrival, i really appreciated that. all the facilities were very clean and tidy, a huge plus for me! my room was very bright and looked wonderful when i first opened the door, i was so happy!
unfortunately, the curtains let in too much light, it really affected my sleep! the emergency light stayed on all night inside the room, i found it very difficult to sleep. the bed really needs replacing, the springs had gone, it wasn't comfortable at all.
