The breakfast buffet had many options and fresh ingredients. I especially liked the omelet station. The chef prepared my omelet exactly as I requested. The room had a comfortable bed. It also had a spacious layout that allowed for easy movement.
The gym was a bit crowded during peak hours.

the location is fantastic. it is within walking distance to hyde park and buckingham palace. the service throughout my visit was excellent! staff were friendly. breakfast was a real highlight with a great selection and high-quality options to start the day.
The street itself was surprisingly quiet, although the hotel is located in a busy area. It felt somewhat disconnected.

The front desk supervisor, Crystal, provided perfect support. She assisted with planning activities and routes. The executive lounge and breakfast services stood out. Nabiha at the front desk made a positive impact when I checked out late.
The room was older and lacked convenient power plugs by the bed. I found only hospitality circular sockets that do not work well with adapters. The curtain and its metal rail fell on my head. The hotel staff did not check on me after this incident and did not offer an apology, even after I had to move rooms.

The breakfast buffet had a good selection. The staff was friendly at reception during check in. The room had big windows, so it was bright.
The thermostat was not working properly. Water pressure in the shower was low. The faucet placement made washing hands difficult.
