some areas needs maintenance because the carpet have frayed edges. i did not receive a refund for the room issues, i just got a late check out.

The reception area is fine with festive decorations and elegant stations. i found the designated outdoor smoking area very convenient. It felt unbiased and cute. the on-site gym is a great addition. It has everything you need for a quick workout. i really appreciated the atm available in the hotel too.
the air conditioning was a bit weak in the room, and it struggled to keep up with the summer heat.

I appreciated the convenient location of the hotel. A bus stop is VERY close. It provides easy access to many attractions. The room was spacious, especially considering the area. The staff members were friendly and always willing to assist with questions or directions.
I noticed the external appearance of the hotel needs some refurbishment.

The breakfast offered many choices, including fresh fruits and hot items. The coffee was AMAZING!!! A range of juices and pastries was also available. The dining area was clean, and the staff maintained it well.
