the location was undeniably great. it was near the royal opera house.

i had to carry everything up a narrow staircase. No one offered to help. the room itself felt a bit dated and could use some tlc. i also found the shower wasn't as clean as i would have liked.

The location was amazing!!! it was super close to covent garden, made getting around so easy. the staff were very friendly and helpful. Nothing seemed like too much trouble. the room was also really clean and the beds were comfy.

the stairs creaked loudly. cleaners woke me up super early. the room felt a bit cramped.

the location was perfect. it was close to the royal opera house and covent garden, it seemed like a dream. the staff was lovely and always ready to help!

the room could use some tlc. i noticed grout missing in the bathroom. it seemed like a small detail that could really brighten the space.

the staff stored my luggage after i checked out, and i picked it up in the evening before my train. the location is great for exploring, with theatres and restaurants nearby. the building has character, and the pedestrian street outside is peaceful with beautiful lights. the room had good wardrobe space.

the water pressure in the bathroom was quite weak.
