The breakfast had an excellent selection of different foods to suit everyone it was a great start to the day

My room was not what I expected The furniture seemed old The bathroom felt unworthy of a 4-star hotel I was also disappointed there was no warm water in the morning

poor lighting inconvenient bathroom

the staff were very helpful especially riddhi at reception she assisted with check-in check-out and bag storage processes

the room lighting was very poor in the evenings reading was not possible even with the bed light the bathroom only had a bathtub with a shower but it was secured with grab rails i found this quite inconvenient

the staff showed genuine care and warmth. our room had comfortable bedding and linens. the location proved very convenient, near public transport. breakfast offered a good selection.

our room faced a noisy street, a disruption to quiet evenings. the bathroom tiles had visible mildew. the air conditioning unit emitted an intermittent rattling noise.

dimly lit room old furniture

the location was acceptable as it was close to several attractions.

the room was quite disappointing. it was dimly lit, and the furniture seemed old. i also found the bathroom to be below the standard i would expect. i was surprised by these issues, given the hotel's rating.

an okay stay overall

attentive staff well stocked bar superb restaurant slow bath drain shaving mirror absence road noise

the staff were very attentive to needs. the hotel has a well-stocked bar. restaurant facilities are superb. i can highly recommend this to any visitors.

I found that the bath took ages to empty! there was no close shaving mirror in bathroom. our room was front facing the main road so all i could hear was traffic, bikes racing up the road and emergency sirens going past. Not much sound proofing.
