i did notice a slight delay when i requested extra towels one evening.

the hotel had a Great location near the underground. i was also able to check in early, very convenient after my travels.
the hotel tacked on a service charge at the end, and i wasn't expect that. the lack of a separate seating area was unexpected, given the room was listed as a 'suite'.

this place is seriously stylish and comfy! all the staff were super cute and helpful, i felt right at home. i booked a junior suite grande, and wow, it was huge! every detail in the room was perfect, and there was plenty of space for all my luggage.
the breakfast service was a little slow, so i recommend telling them if you are in a rush!

The hotel's location is convenient, especially since i needed to do some shopping ! there were plenty of restaurants within walking distance. I visited some of them. being close to transportation made getting around so easy and accessible, just perfect!

The valet parking was useful for our business event. the room included evening turndown service. toni, the doorman, proved friendly and helpful. His assistance made commuting easier. i also noted the quiet and comfortable beds.
i found a lack of doorman upon arrival. the hotel entry required wandering around to find reception. signage should have been better, guiding guests more directly. i waited for assistance.

The team was courteous. The suite has everything one family needs. The suite is very nice comfortable. Toni helped find the most comfortable way to the airport. The lunch at the restaurant was fantastic. I liked the quick problem solving.
The room had smell of food. The smell came from the hotel extractor system on the roof. The same smell could be smelt at the lift access level 6. They need to fix this issue soon.
