the location was great. i found several nice cafes and restaurants close by. the hotel room had a rainfall shower which i liked. wifi worked well.
the room i booked was for three people. the sofa was very uncomfortable. also, you could hear every move the other guests made, even when they were not trying to be loud.

I booked a room with a specific request, but it was not honored, and the staff didn't seem interested in resolving it. the breakfast setup was also pretty misleading. It showed items online that were not actually available.

the room was spacious and clean. the air conditioning worked well, appreciated since it was hot (quite hot, actually). the hotel is near many good cafes and restaurants on bermondsey street.
the front desk service seemed poor. i felt they struggled to understand me. there were not any niceties offered, and i felt not particularly welcomed.

the hotel's location was a definite plus. it was about a ten-minute walk to london bridge station, so it worked well for me). i found the room clean, and the air conditioning worked very well, welcome given the hot weather.
i noticed a slight sewage smell occasionally coming from the bathroom.

the staff was quite friendly and accommodating. they allowed an early check-in, a real help after a long journey (i was really tired, so it was a bonus). they also provided useful information about nearby restaurants and attractions.

the breakfast included a standard english breakfast with yogurts, cereals, fruits, vegetables, and pastries. the breakfast was good, with a satisfactory selection of both hot and cold items (the coffee was decent too). the dining area was clean and well-kept.
