Family Rooms have a sofa bed and accessible bathrooms. Interconnecting rooms consist of two Superior Rooms with connecting doors. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, tea/coffee facilities, and complimentary water; fresh milk is available upon request. Some suites have hot tubs.

b2 At Home is the hotel's restaurant, open for breakfast. A selection of British finger sandwiches, scones with Cornish clotted cream, and jams are available.
