mixed feelings about this stay
delayed check-inexcessive price
my room was not ready when i arrived i waited nearly two hours for it. the price felt excessively high. it seemed unreasonable given the wait and what i eventually received. it all felt a bit disorganized i was hoping for a smoother experience.

I stayed in a family room. it was surprisingly spacious for a uk hotel. the breakfast buffet had a full english selection. the staff were nice and helpful. I asked twice for extra sheets for the pull-out, though. the location is fantastic, near euston station.
The wooden ceiling made a bit of noise. It was slightly distracting at times.

The staff was friendly and responded promptly to requests. They provided extra bagels for us one morning when the selection was running low, this made the food more AMAZING!!! one was led to a table, optimizing space use.

the hotel is located in a quieter street, opposite euston tube station. it is just one stop from st pancras station. there are many shops, restaurants, and pubs nearby.
