a haven near euston station
genuine care good cocktails perfect standard special stay
Massimo fragetta. he was consistently responsive and always ensured our needs were met. the front desk staff displayed genuine care, and the bar team delivered good cocktails. housekeeping maintained perfect standards. I felt very comfortable.
The wooden ceiling seemed to make a bit of noise. But it was barely noticeable.

convenient euston stay
clean room efficient air conditioning
the room was spacious and clean it had efficient air conditioning. housekeeping staff were very responsive when i requested non feather bedding this was appreciated. breakfast offered a great selection of cooked and chilled items. the bathroom had a large bath and a walk in shower it was a pleasant surprise.
the entrance was inconvenient for unloading luggage from a car there are only stairs available. it made managing several bags difficult i hope they find a better solution .

the staff were friendly and helpful at reception they answered questions quickly. the breakfast service included a sweet and hardworking person i was very impressed with their commitment. staff ensured requests are handled promptly.

the hotel is close to several major railway stations including euston and kings cross. st pancras is also easily accessible from here. the hotel benefits from proximity to public transport options.

acceptable stay marred by heating issues
responsive staff non feather bedding broken heating system cold room
the room was nice and neat. the housekeeping staff responded quickly when i asked them to change the bedding as i had forgotten to request non feather bedding.
the room's heating system was not working well. i set the thermostat to a high temperature, but the room remained cold. this.

Excellent Location and Comfortable Stay
convenient location short walk polite staff wide selection
The hotel is conveniently located, a short walk to Euston Station and nearby hospitals. I found several food and beverage options within walking distance. Check-in was quick, and the reception staff was polite (I really appreciated that). The breakfast had a wide selection of continental and English breakfast items, including various fruit juices and pastries.
The shower had lower water pressure than I would have preferred.

mixed feelings about this stay
delayed check-in excessive price
my room was not ready when i arrived i waited nearly two hours for it. the price felt excessively high. it seemed unreasonable given the wait and what i eventually received. it all felt a bit disorganized i was hoping for a smoother experience.
