the hotel is close to the station making travel easy i also found the staff helpful and pleasant steffi and her colleagues were very friendly and cute. the breakfast offered many choices and was quite enjoyable too

the room lacked some expected amenities i did not find robes or slippers the toiletries provided were also quite basic. the wardrobe was small i struggled to fit all my items inside it

Our room had a REALLY odd smell, something like stale smoke mixed with old carpet. It lingered the entire time. the bathroom was tiny, barely enough space to turn around. The shower pressure was non-existent, so washing my hair was a chore. And the noise from the street below kept me up all night. I guess it wasn't the QUIET getaway I was hoping for.

the location is convenient. victoria train station is just opposite the hotel. buckingham palace is a short walk. i found the hvac system worked very well. the breakfast offered many choices. the staff was very attentive. belinda was especially friendly and always offered to bring more buffet items.

the staff quickly addressed my concerns! they were cute. the restaurant and bar offered a good experience. i appreciated the convenient and satisfying breakfast buffet, it made mornings easier.

The hotel didn't provide some basic amenities! these included a disposable toothbrush, slippers, and a comb. I found this rather inconvenient.
