the location was perfect for my needs. the staff at reception were helpful. the room had everything i needed.
The mattress on the bed was not the best. the sofa bed was terrible as a sofa. It was not comfortable. the bathroom was cramped, with nowhere for toiletry bags.

watery eggs slow replenishment
The breakfast was a letdown for me. I know some hotels offer complimentary breakfast, but the scrambled eggs were surprisingly watery. I was there early so they had just come out, but they still tasted very poor. I also found the replenishment of finished items slow despite asking staff twice

underwhelming stay
broken air conditioning missing toiletries
the location near a grocery store proved convenient.
The lifts were a joke. Prepare for long waits or leg day on the stairs. the air conditioning didn't work properly, so the room was rather stuffy. housekeeping also didn't replenish basic toiletries, like soap, which i found quite annoying.

helpful staff ample space ample choices
The staff were very helpful from check in to check out. The rooms provide ample space for a city hotel, a definite plus. I appreciated the inclusion of a small kitchen area in the room, useful for preparing meals. Breakfast had ample choices and I was able to get exactly what I wanted each morning.
I found that the housekeeping was not as consistent as I would have liked. The room wasn't checked thoroughly before my arrival. This resulted in a minor inconvenience upon settling in.

The hotel benefits from easy access to transport links, the bus stop is right outside. This provides quick transport around the area. A supermarket is also very close to the hotel making it easy to pick up essentials.

The breakfast area provides varied options, including vegetarian choices. The kitchen manager Roberto was very helpful, super kind.. I found the breakfast quality to be excellent overall, with fresh ingredients used daily.

Staff responded quickly to requests I made. The front office manager was amazing and resolved one issue I had very fast. I found the service to be attentive and professional throughout my stay.
