The location is central. the underground station is just across the street, this made getting around the city very easy. the staff were friendly and helpful. They were always available to answer questions.

The room was quite dark. there were no robes or slippers in the room. I found that a bit disappointing. the bathroom was small, with limited space for toiletries.
