fantastic stay!
helpful staff quiet street convenient location
the staff helped us with luggage and provided adapters. front desk staff came downstairs to the business center when our rooms were ready. the location on a quiet street was perfect, within a ten-minute walk of underground stations. it made getting around so easy (i loved exploring the area!).

loud noises cold radiator
My room faced the back of the building. I heard loud noises late at night. I suspect from a nearby service area. The bathroom radiator did not work. The room remained uncomfortably cold despite my attempts to adjust it. I informed the front desk but nothing changed .

great location with spacious room
easy travel convenient location nearby restaurant room fridge
the hotel is near earl's court tube station making travel easy. i found several pubs and restaurants close by. a sainsbury's is just around the corner which was convenient. the room had a fridge so i could store milk for tea.
the bathroom fan did not remove steam effectively i noticed. this was a small inconvenience .

smart bathroom friendly staff easy check-out
the room had a smart bathroom i found the reception staff friendly and helpful check in and out was also very easy the hotel sits in a very quiet area near some lovely streets.
the hotel lacked washcloths
