the staff helped us with luggage and provided adapters. front desk staff came downstairs to the business center when our rooms were ready. the location on a quiet street was perfect, within a ten-minute walk of underground stations. it made getting around so easy (i loved exploring the area!).

My room faced the back of the building. I heard loud noises late at night. I suspect from a nearby service area. The bathroom radiator did not work. The room remained uncomfortably cold despite my attempts to adjust it. I informed the front desk but nothing changed .

the hotel is near earl's court tube station making travel easy. i found several pubs and restaurants close by. a sainsbury's is just around the corner which was convenient. the room had a fridge so i could store milk for tea.
the bathroom fan did not remove steam effectively i noticed. this was a small inconvenience .
