the staff was very kind and helpful i received a ticket for two complementary drinks upon arrival the room had an array of teas coffee and biscuits i found a bottle of water on each bedside table. the breakfast was lovely with a wide range of options all the staff were amazing. the location is fantastic set in a beautiful neighborhood. the beds were comfortable i seemed like i was sleeping on clouds. breakfast was included i found it a lovely way to start the day the location is excellent to see the castle. the staff was very friendly and helpful the bar was well stocked and reasonably priced.

the windows opened to the parked cars i could see the lights throughout the room.

The breakfast buffet had many choices. I had a big day sightseeing after that. The staff helped me find local attractions. A welcome drink met me upon arrival.

The room at night felt too hot and no window opened for fresh air.

the bathroom wasn't as clean as i expected. I found some hairs in the shower. also, the mini-fridge in the room wasn't working, so i couldn't keep my drinks cold. it was a minor inconvenience, but it did detract from the overall experience.

the breakfast was a little sad. i found very little continental options. the main problem was a real lack of staff, i often saw the same few people trying to do everything. it makes everyone frustrated.
