my shower stopped working on the second day. there was no cold water either so i struggled with my hair. the air conditioner was not effective and the room felt hot. the windows did not open.

the bathroom wasn't as clean as i expected. I found some hairs in the shower. also, the mini-fridge in the room wasn't working, so i couldn't keep my drinks cold. it was a minor inconvenience, but it did detract from the overall experience.

the breakfast was a little sad. i found very little continental options. the main problem was a real lack of staff, i often saw the same few people trying to do everything. it makes everyone frustrated.
