i found the hotel location perfect near the train station i could travel to london easily. the free parking was convenient i did not have to worry about finding a space. my room was clean i also found it comfortable.

breakfast was not up to scratch the cooked breakfast items were not replenished quickly when it got busy. the apple and orange juice tasted watered down i thought it tasted like diluted squash. the beds were uncomfortable i did request extra pillows but never got them.

Acceptable Stay with a Few Issues

The first room assigned to me had issues. The TV was on, the lights were on, and the key card was still in the slot. I also saw remnants of a previous guest's breakfast and chewing gum (gross, right?) beside the fan. The bathroom had used towels in the shower, and the bed was disheveled. I reported it to reception and they moved me to another room after apologizing, but it was a hassle after a long journey.

The hotel is located two minutes from the train station. This offers a direct route to london city for a reasonable price. The staff readily helped with storing our bikes in a secure location. Rooms were nice and neat with good value for money included with breakfast.
