Acceptable, but Some Issues Need Attention
curtain stainpool disrepair
The room had issues I did not expect. I found a stain on the curtains and chair. (Not great, really). the spa was disappointing. Half the doors in the locker room were missing and some were broken. The pool area looked like it needed serious repairs. Paint peeled from the walls, a water fountain was covered in rust and tape, and the loungers had dirty brown stains.

safe cupboardtea facility
the gym was very clean. graham, at the gym reception, was chatty. the room had a safe inside the cupboard and included an iron with ironing board. coffee and tea making facilities were available in the room, as well.
the gym, pool and sauna were enjoyable. but there was one day when the staff told us that it was not their job to look after it, i was bars there.
