great locationeasy transporthigh temperatureten charge
the location is great. transport links were easy to access. i also found the staff to be lovely. sadaqat were really good too ensure my stay was comfortable! nothing was too much trouble, and his service really stood out.
the hotel was quite warm inside. the rooms do not come with air-con. i asked for some ice and was told there was a £10 charge! overall that was disappointing.

The room size was smaller than expected, especially considering it was booked as a 'Standard Queen Room. ' The space felt cramped. the lack of readily available information was frustrating. There were no city maps or details on local attractions at the reception. I think more attention to these details would enhance the guest experience.

small roomunresponsive staff
The 'luxury double' room felt cramped, not luxurious at all. the door seemed like it was barely hanging on. I practically had to do a little dance to close it in the bathroom. i also never got a response after reaching out to share my concerns.
