The location was perfect for me. it had a great connection with several tube lines and buses. the breakfast had good options. i really enjoyed the super nice staff. They were so helpful and kind.
the carpets were not very clean. i think guests with dust allergies may have some concerns.

the receptionist was very professional and nice. we checked in quickly.
I asked for a small bottle of water late at night, but i was denied. they told me water was only for sale at that hour. That was inconvenient.

the location near the tube station was convenient. the shower in my standard double room hot had good water pressure!
the walls seemed thin! i could clearly hear noise from the hallway, the tv remote was missing. i had to request one from the reception.
