Nice Stay at a Unique Hotel

I found the apartment spacious with gothic decor. The bed was super comfortable (i slept like a baby!). Staff were friendly and helpful and assisted us through whatsapp. The room was soundproof, so the hustle outside was not heard.

The hotel has an extensive bar on Denmark Street. The location is central with cafes and bars nearby. I also received 20% discount for dining at 13Den.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were on hand to assist whenever we needed them through WhatsApp. The staff took care to ask about allergies and preferences (much appreciated).

The beautiful apartment had a comfortable bed and a free standing bath. The design had dark color motifs. Control panels controlled the lighting in the room.

the room was quite dark i think darker lighting made it a bit gloomy the floor heating in the ensuite didn't work either so it was chilly the location being so central meant street noise was noticeable despite efforts to soundproof the rooms it was hard to ignore this i found the lack of clear information about the service charge frustrating it felt added on without proper explanation
