large pool steam room
The hotel offered a well-equipped fitness area, including a large pool. i also enjoyed the sauna and steam room, available to all guests. breakfast presented a standard hotel selection, yet it was presented nicely. the room was spacious and clean. Everything felt fresh and inviting.

The accommodation included a beautiful hotel and wonderful service. The staff were friendly and helpful. The gym was well equipped and available.
I noticed the signage to direct guests around the hotel could be improved. It was sometimes difficult to find my way around the hotel corridors.

limited menu slow arrival
the staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay, addressing my queries quickly.
I was a little disappointed with the room service options. The menu seemed limited, and my order took longer than expected to arrive (almost an hour). it impacted my schedule for the evening. the food wasn't as warm as i would've liked.
