I stayed in a premier room king bed. The room was immaculate and spacious. I appreciated the location near tower bridge and the comfortable bed.
The breakfast buffet did not offer many vegan options. I found the restaurant selection limited. Securing a late checkout required paying half a night's rate, which i felt was excessive.

My room, a Premier Room king bed, was clean. The staff was attentive. My room included a king bed and a modern bathroom! I enjoyed a complimentary bottle of water upon arrival. The hotel's gym had three treadmills, two stationary bikes, and a selection of free weights. The spa had a sauna, steam room, and relaxation area. I found the hotel's location near the Tower Bridge very convenient. It made sightseeing easy. I found the service prompt and efficient. The concierge assisted me with directions. Housekeeping ensured my room was super clean daily. I appreciated the thoughtful welcome gift. I really enjoyed breakfast. The buffet included fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. The coffee was freshly brewed. The breakfast service was efficient!
The in-room Wi-Fi signal was sometimes weak.
