The staff was very attentive and polite, which I appreciated! The hotel's location was perfect for easy access to many restaurants and attractions. I found purified water available for free, a great touch!
The room equipment felt old and worn out. This was a real letdown. During my winter stay, the room was often quite cold. I found that heating could be better. I was disappointed.

i stayed here for business, and i loved the hotel location. it was close to many sites and tube stations. the room had everything i needed and the bed, was very comfortable.
i was disappointed with the breakfast room, because it was small. there were long queues for the only coffee machine available.

salman and all the staff were friendly. they were fabulous and helpful. the location is definitely 10/10. it is right in the middle of all the touristy things! i will definitely come back to visit and stay. nalin. he checked me in, helped with my bags, and showed me around.
upon arrival with luggage, i checked in and received a room card. i was told my room was on the second floor. this could have been prevented at check in. she was too busy visiting with her friends to help.

The hotel boasts a restaurant. Boyd's was excellent, from breakfast to dinner. the restaurant serves cappuccinos. the breakfast offers a wide choice of food and drinks. the breakfast selection was good with hot and continental items.

the hotel location was excellent. the free laundry facilities was very useful, and i like the water bottles filling station. the room size worked for two people even if basic. i appreciate they held luggage until check-in.
i found our room had no natural light, it seemed like pre-dawn all day. i didn't enjoy resting in it for that reason.
