lovely view helpful staff quick response small room limited space poor coffee
the room had a lovely view. the staff were very nice and helpful all the time. i noticed also a quick response to requests, which i find important.
the room, a queen room, was small for me. there wasnt enough space for luggage. breakfast was the same everyday and the coffee was not good.

the location was acceptable as it was central.
The bed wasn't very comfortable, and i could feel the springs when i slept on the mattress. It was quite loud too.

comfy beds convenient location vegetarian options
i had a twin room, it was clean. the beds were comfy and the room offered enough space. the location is convenient, it is close to transportation options. the breakfast had many vegetarian options. i found the staff in the restaurant friendly and helpful.
the coffee machine in the room lacked chamomile tea.

the check-in process was smooth and efficient. vinay at the front desk was particularly helpful with printing some documents i needed. the staff demonstrated professionalism and care throughout my stay.

Really good Service and Prime Location
amazing professionalism warm welcome delicious cookies
The staff displayed amazing professionalism. Ali provided really good coffee service with a smile. The reception service was efficient, with Akshash offering a warm welcome during check-in. Caner served delicious cookies, a good treat upon arrival.
I found the air conditioning unit in my room produced a considerable amount of noise.

The room included daily water replenishment, an advantage. extra complimentary bottles are available at reception. Housekeeping provided a commendable standard of cleanliness. the room was small.
