i thought the location was really great! the tube station was super close by. there were lots of food places right outside, and that worked out nicely.
the room i was in had some issues. the air conditioning didn't work too well, because it was stuck on the heat setting, and i could not adjust it. also, the bathroom didn't seem very clean, and i was sad about this.

i found the breakfast had nice options. julie, the receptionist, explained everything clearly. the gym's presence appealed to me, also there was a swimming pool.
the musty smell in the bathroom was not ideal.
