The staff was very friendly and efficient. All areas of the hotel impressed me. the rooms were modern and nicely furnished, with a lot of space in the bathroom.
The website provides misleading information. There is no 'free parking,' just on-street parking, available to anyone. this should not be advertised as a hotel facility.

The staff was cute and helped, I felt so pampered. The bed provided restful nights because it had a luxurious mattress. Breakfast in the morning tasted really good, it topped off my experience here. I appreciate the unique furniture, it reminded me of the G-Hotel.
I have to admit the on street parking was a minor inconvenience, but manageable.

The staff were friendly and very helpful, they answered all my questions. Emma at reception had a bubbly personality, she was always happy to help. The night porter was knowledgable about local history, I enjoyed our chats.
