the room was nice it included two separate sinks. there was a rainfall shower which i liked very much. the food was tasty i even tried the casino.

the staff was very cute. we received a complimentary upgrade to a sea view room (which was a nice surprise!). the breakfast had abundant and flavorful options.
the hotel layout was complicated. when i asked for the restrooms, nobody knew the directions. it could be signposted better.

The room was modern and very clean. the entire place has a relaxing, classy vibe. i especially enjoyed the pool area (it was very spacious). the food i ate was really good too. The chef clearly cares about the presentation.

the resort features a modern gym with three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also a spa area with a sauna, a steam room, and several treatment rooms offering massages and facials.

The housekeeping team provided excellent service. The rooms were cleaned daily and the towels were replaced. the restaurant staff were attentive, providing prompt and efficient service (very friendly people).

The staff was polite. The room had a lovely view. Breakfast included a lot of variety the day I visited. Hotel stored luggage before and after check-in and check-out and that was helpful.
The spa seemed put together on the spot. It ended abruptly as soon as the timer went off.

The staff greeted me warmly upon arrival. I appreciated the clean environment throughout the entire hotel. I took advantage of the offered facilities, and I saved a great amount of time since I did not need to leave the resort. The beach and pool offered amazing views.

the staff were very cute and kind. they were helpful throughout my visit. the service was GREAT, professional and attentive. the room was super clean, comfortable, and well kept.
The layout of the hotel is too complicated. when i asked where the toilette was, nobody knew its location. the coffee machine at breakfast did not work and nobody offered me coffee. I needed to ask. there was a very poor variety at the breakfast buffet.
