an amazing experience

energetic staff beautiful setting

the staff was energetic , especially alyona, who taught us aqua-gym and zumba. the hotel's setting is amazingly beautiful , i felt relaxed and rejuvenated.

long queues subpar food

The main buffet restaurant was chaotic. Long queues were common (especially during peak hours). The noise level from many children made it hard to relax. Tables were not always clean, and staff seemed overworked. Food quality did not match a five-star hotel. I found that some dishes were not up to par.

a decent stay overall

well maintained grounds large room hotel isolation shuttle necessity

the grounds are extensive and well maintained. i liked that our room was large and comfortable. a bottle of prosecco in our room upon arrival was a nice touch. the staff are always ready to help, though.

The hotel was a bit isolated. I needed a car. we had to use the hotel shuttle to town! otherwise, we could only find a couple of good walks nearby.

solid stay

extensive grounds large balcony amazing view prosecco bottle

the grounds feature extensive upkeep. our room included a large balcony! it also had an amazing view. bottles of water and grapes was on the beach, a nice touch? a bottle of prosecco welcomed us.

The hotel felt a bit isolated, it was without a car. Though we managed a couple of walks. we also used the shuttle to corfu town.

The staff members were quick to respond to needs. the concierge service was professional. This added to the experience. reception staff assisted with organizing a late check out on our final day.

The beds offered great comfort. the hotel rooms were wonderful. This contributed positively to the stay. every view was amazing and unspoiled.

The breakfast and dinner buffets were plentiful with a varied, thoughtful array. food selection accommodated every individual need. This added value to the meals. cleanliness was notable throughout the hotel, from rooms to gardens.
