was awesome!

modern equipment clean water

The gym had modern equipment. i saw several treadmills and stationary bikes there. the heated indoor swimming pool was great. I enjoyed using it every day, the water was clean. room service was very fast and professional, a real lifesaver!

The hotel seems to cater primarily to very large groups? this was a little distracting. It detracted from the peaceful atmosphere i was hoping for.

breakfast featured a wide selection of items. i enjoyed fresh fruit, pastries, and hot dishes. the coffee was strong. the restaurant staff was attentive and ensured my needs were met promptly.

The outdoor pool area has many lounge chairs and umbrellas for shade. there is a dedicated children's pool, separate from the main pool. the spa includes a sauna, a steam room, and several treatment rooms. It was very relaxing

a fantastic hotel experience!

amazing hotel fine view friendly staff luxury resort

I found the hotel amazing. The views were amazing. the staff was very friendly. They really seemed willing to help with anything i needed! this is probably the most luxurious resort i have ever seen! i was also impressed that there were experiences available, like wine and olive oil tastings.

the tv had limited english channels, and it sometimes cut out! it wasn't a big deal, but it was noticeable.

The breakfast offered a large selection of foods, including fresh fruits, pastries, and hot dishes. I also saw gluten-free options! the main restaurant has indoor and outdoor seating areas. This let me enjoy the views.

i liked that the gym was really good. the staff were nice and helpful. they also respond immediately to requests.

i thought the food was terrible. it was expensive and had no taste. often at breakfast coffee took a long time to get.

luxurious stay with amazing views

excellent facilities friendly staff marble shower

the hotel offers excellent facilities and the staff IS very friendly. the room was large, and it came with many toiletries. the marble shower was also very excellent. breakfast had a great selection. they even offer orange or orange juice.

i found no comfortable chairs in the room. the sofa was too deep and it had no back rest. the english tv kept dropping out. this made it unwatchable

the hotel sits high on a hillside. this location provides lovely views over the sea towards the mainland. a taxi into town costs 10 euros.

pool view friendly staff slippery shower cold breakfast

the hotel had amazing pool view. food was delicious and the staff was friendly and helpful. the gym includes a sauna and an indoor pool and that was great. the baby club provides excellent service for parents.

the shower was really slippery. english tv kept dropping out, so i didn't watch. the breakfast plates was cold with thin cold bacon and eggs. taxi from the airport costed 35 euros but the arranged by reception costed 50 euros.

missing towels understaffed restaurant

The hotel grounds are beautiful. the service was SUBPAR at times. I asked for extra towels, but they NEVER arrived (and I asked twice!). the main restaurant felt understaffed during peak hours. Getting a server's attention proved difficult.
