amazing stay, slight hiccup

great vibe professional staff relaxing massage

I found the vibe great. the bars were great with djs always providing great music. the staff, without exception, were friendly and professional. i visited the spa and the therapist marileta looked after me. The massage was very nice (definitely one of the best spa experiences i've had).

the air conditioning seemed to be centrally controlled, regulating the temperature in the room was a little difficult.

the hotel is conveniently located for easy access to local attractions. corfu town is accessible via the number 7 bus, with a stop close to the hotel. the airport is approximately a fifteen minute drive, costing about 30 euros by taxi.

Two pool areas exist. One is smaller and quieter. housekeeping services were fabulous and very detailed. the gym had standard equipment, including treadmills. weights. there is also a tennis court available.

the staff members are polite and helpful, especially at the spa. the therapists there take their time. vicky and maria, the spa managers, are cute and helpful with treatment information. the cleaning staff are friendly.

modern style easy app peaceful setting

i liked the modern style of the hotel. the app they use for food orders was easy. the adult-only aspect created a peaceful setting. it was a positive experience overall.

i thought the drinks tasted too sugary. the better brands were only available at an extra cost. this was a bit disappointing for an all-inclusive experience.

the hotel decoration is modern. our room had a very comfortable bed and functional air conditioning (it was really effective!). the hotel app was very useful for ordering food and drinks. phoebe, the guest relations contact, was helpful with a surprise i had planned.

i found that there wasn't enough seating inside in the evening when entertainment was on. people were occupying the sunbeds, but they were not using them (they kept them for the whole family).

the double room had a modern design. ambient lighting created a relaxing atmosphere. a fabulous power shower was a nice addition to the bathroom. daily cleaning kept the space tidy.
