a+ experience by the sea
many options cooked breakfast efficient staff excellent restaurant
the breakfast has many options, you can help yourself to yoghurts, fruit and cereals. pastries, meats and cheese are available. you can choose from a menu of cooked breakfast too. eggs, omelettes, bacon, ham and eggs benedict exist, all freshly cooked. the sensus restaurant felt excellent too, the staff is super efficient.
the beach service I experienced reminded me of a disaster. i asked for a refreshing towel, but the employee told me to wait. they laughed with colleagues so got it later.

discreet employees late towel
the beach service was a total disaster!!! i asked for a refreshing towel at 2:30 pm, but the beach employee told me to wait until 3 to 3:30 pm. at 3:35 pm, i asked him again, and he said to wait because they were supposedly coming soon. after that, he was laughing with his friends and colleagues!!! then i finally got it at 4 pm. plus, the two employees were not discreet when talking about the customers!!!

amazing choices helpful staff efficient service
the breakfast offered amazing choices, including yoghurts, fruit, and pastries, alongside a menu of cooked items like eggs benedict. the staff was helpful and very friendly. i found the sensus restaurant to be excellent, with efficient service and great food.

The hotel offers a piano bar. Cocktails and bar food are available all day. a small supermarket sits across the street, very convenient for picking up milk. the hotel also had a coffee pod machine and a kettle inside my room.

Housekeeping maintained the room in top condition. extra wooden hangers were provided in the large wardrobes. I appreciated that. the staff promptly addressed all requests. Their attention was excellent.

Really good Stay in a Prime Location
prime location delicious breakfast
The location is wonderful. It is not directly in the busiest part of the city, yet it is an easy walk to every main attraction. I found the breakfast to be very good with many available options. The pool area was also great.
The gym could use some updates. I noticed it lacks some essential equipment.

poor soundproofing repetitive buffet
The room lacked proper soundproofing. I constantly heard noise from adjacent rooms and the hallway. a constant issue. the breakfast buffet seemed repetitive. there were limited changes to the hot food selections each day. it.

Seriously Super Stay!
comfy beds extra hangers large wardrobes super clean room
I was SO happy with my room! It had really comfy beds and pillows. The housekeeping kept the room super clean, its great. I found extra wooden hangers in the large wardrobes and drawers, like, score!
The mini-bar corkscrew was missing. I had to call for help opening my wine, slightly inconvenient.

The staff is wonderful and helpful. You have lots of choices at breakfast. You can help yourself to yoghurts, fruit, and cereals. Pastries, meats and cheese are available too. The staff are super efficient in the Sensus restaurant, believe me.

This hotel is not so close to the busiest part of the city. It has perfect proximity to every main attraction, I swear. The views of the ocean from the hotel were totally beautiful, everyone loved it.
