mixed feelings about the stay

unavailable chairs crowded beach

the hotel is beautiful and very clean, a plus.

I had issues with the beach, specifically the lack of available chairs and the pool faced the same problem. i really loved the flowers but the beach was too crowded. i'm not sure i'd return. Chair availability is pretty crucial.

fabulous breakfast comfy room helpful staff

i am so excited about my stay the breakfast options were fabulous i only tried one restaurant cilantro it was a very good experience i also tried the wine bar staff there are very knowledgeable. the room was super comfy spacious and clean the upgrade and welcome gifts were a lovely surprise all of the staff were friendly and helpful they helped us to book the shuttle to dubrovnik in advance arranged a taxi to the airport and provided good communication.

the location is a bit far from everything else

fantastic family getaway

fabulous options well trained staff lovely grounds

i found the breakfast options fabulous i tried cilantro restaurant on site it was a very good experience. i also visited the wine bar the staff were very knowledgeable and choices provided were very good. the room and bed were super comfy spacious and clean i even received welcome gifts a lovely surprise. the views are fine the grounds are lovely and well maintained its a perfect base to do so much from.

i wish there was more attention to detail and improved service it would enhance the stay significantly. i noticed that some aspects fell short of expectations given the price point. addressing this would. i hope they can improve the service and attention to detail.

the resort provided numerous pools i appreciated the clean water and comfortable loungers a mini market offered convenience for small needs i found several restaurants providing diverse dining options the gym contained three treadmills and two stationary bikes for workouts

the distance to the old town necessitated taxi rides adding to travel time

Mixed feelings about this hotel

cardboard container scarce lift

I found some aspects disappointing. The poolside food arrived in cardboard containers (which I think is cheap), and it was often cold. The resort layout isn't great for families with strollers. There are stairs everywhere, and lifts are scarce. It made getting around harder than it needed to be.

The breakfast had a great variety of food. Adult pools were lovely. The boat ride into Dubrovnik was good and bus pick up was great. I found a good selection of restaurants at the hotel.

I noticed prices at the grocery shop were high.

breakfast buffet restaurant selection boat service

The breakfast buffet included a very good selection. Restaurants onsite offered a variety of options. A boat service to Dubrovnik was available and convenient. A bus pick-up service ran smoothly. I appreciated not needing a car.

The grocery store prices were high.
