underwhelming stay with some issues

cheap furnishings limited sunbeds

the room wasn't what i expected considering the price. the furnishings felt cheap. there weren't enough sunbeds for all the guests. plus. and the balcony only had 2 basic chairs. it was not a luxury experience i was hoping for.

The hotel had a very clean pool. The breakfast included many options with a beautiful eating area. My room was large and clean. The staff was friendly and professional especially at the reception and the spa area. There were many unexpected benefits.

The hotel location is not ideal. When arriving by taxi, I passed social housing blocks. A decrepit old building waited for demolition.

The fitness center offered comprehensive equipment. I saw three treadmills. there WERE various weight machines. the spa spalato delivered very good service.

The elevator carpeting needed attention. SOME cleaning would help.

Anja at the spa gave me an really good massage. i especially liked the limoncello spritz at the pool! there were plenty of sunbeds near the lovely, clean shingle beach with clear blue water. the well-designed room offered good storage and a comfy bed.

spacious room free shuttle dated rooms few loungers

the room was spacious and well equipped. the breakfast had a great choice every day. i found the hotel location away from busy areas quite pleasant. the hotel also provided a free shuttle bus to the city center.

the pool area was not big enough for the hotel size. there were never any spare sun loungers. i thought the rooms were very dated, not close to what you would expect from a five-star hotel.
