underwhelming stay. expected more for the price.

slow room service limited vegetarian options

the hotel location was acceptable, close to the marina.

The room service was slow and inattentive, often forgetting parts of our order. we had to call multiple times to get basic amenities like towels replenished. the breakfast buffet had limited vegetarian options. Staff did not seem interested in addressing dietary needs.

great location comfortable stay pleasant terrace impolite staff small wardrobe long walk

the hotel boasts a great location near the marina. our room was spacious, offering a comfortable stay. breakfast included a nice variety of food and a pleasant outdoor terrace.

the reception staff was not always polite and seemed to lack training (especially one named oginjan). the classic room had a very small wardrobe. the entrance to the aqua building was far from the room, requiring a long walk through the main reception.

Breakfast was acceptable. The service in the restaurant was attentive.

My balcony had no furniture. The front desk assistant mentioned preparation of a cake for him, this was not done. There was no card and no greeting from the hotel on this special day.
