outdated bathroom missing soap
The bathroom felt outdated. i found a shower over the bath instead of a walk-in shower, more common in similar hotels. there wasn't even soap for the bath. I only had body wash. that was very frustrating! the rooms could really use some updating. the toilet was in the same room as the shower, which wasn't ideal either!!

warm greeting excellent service comfortable space
the staff greeted me warmly and upgraded my room. i enjoyed the lobby bar with its excellent service. the executive lounge offered a very comfortable space.
the shower was a bath head installed above a tub. it was difficult to get in and out. i would expect a stand alone shower for this price.

The location is excellent, very close to the old town. the staff was polite. They helped with luggage storage and provided information. the executive lounge offered a selection of drinks and snacks. i appreciated the fast and reliable wi-fi.
the gym equipment felt slightly outdated.

zero view delayed service
the location was acceptable, providing easy access to nearby attractions.
my room faced an inner courtyard, so i had zero view. furthermore, housekeeping did not replenish the shampoo one day. i had to call down to reception and wait over thirty minutes for them to send someone up, and this felt slow.

Our superior king room was spacious, with a comfortable king-size bed and a seating area. The blackout curtains ensured restful sleep, which I appreciated. The room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower.. The breakfast offered many choices, including fresh fruit, pastries, and made-to-order omelets. The attentive service in the executive lounge. I enjoyed the complimentary appetizers and drinks.
I noticed that the gym equipment showed some signs of wear.
