Underwhelming stay. Questionable standards

The room seemed rather unclean. The floor felt dusty, and i noticed considerable dust accumulation behind the bedside table. the towels lacked a fresh scent. upon entering the room, there was a persistent sewage odor. no one took my complaints seriously for a while. They updated me quite late into my stay.

The hotel offered wonderful landscapes and a really gorgeous garden surrounding the pool. It was excellent. a private beach nearby offered a quiet retreat, and i appreciated it was just a short drive from the airport. i also used the imperial facilities. They were fine.

I'm grateful for the team. They couldn't do enough for us, and i found them very friendly and helpful. there was a free shuttle service available! it allowed an easy trip to danillia village for dinner.

I found the hotel's location provided fine views and i enjoyed using the imperial facilities. the beach bar and pool were lovely. Also i found some very nice local restaurants nearby had fresh seafood. the hotel manager helped move my room to the fourth floor. I was happy to pay extra.

the hotel is hilly and has steep slopes with many steps. it won't be suitable for everyone because of that.

the room had a beautiful bungalow suite side sea view. the food was amazing. the service was perfect. we were greeted by the manager who always had a smile, it made our vacation definitely nice!

The wifi was terrible, it did not work in the rooms. It was frustrating.
