excellent meal comfortable room large desk

the evening meal i had was excellent. the chef went the extra mile. the room was large and comfortable, plug sockets were on either side of the bed. the desk was big enough for emails.

the hotel is a little old fashioned.

consistent quality stay

convenient location comfortable bed nice breakfast helpful staff

the hotel is directly on the main street, a convenient location. i found the room to have all necessary basics. the bed was comfortable and breakfast was a highlight each morning. the bar staff were very helpful when i requested a late drink.

The shower temperature was a little difficult to adjust. It took some effort to find the right balance.

wide variety friendly staff private car park warm room difficult shower dated appearance

the breakfast offered a wide variety i found this quite pleasing. the staff were consistently friendly. the private car park provided a sense of security i found this to be very helpful.

the room felt too warm despite turning off the heaters i also switched on the air conditioning. the shower's operation proved difficult it seemed complicated. some areas of the hotel looked a bit dated this was noticeable.

unstable shower stifling room

The family room was spacious and clean.

The shower was difficult to manage. It alternated between cold and a trickle, then suddenly scalded me. Apparently, this happened because the room was far from the water tank. I also found that the windows in the room could not be opened, and there was no fan or air conditioning, resulting in a stifling night.
